Powder Brows is a technique with a machine that has the healed result of a beautiful powdery look under the brow. Can be done bold or soft. Perfect technique for those that want to stop filling in their brows. Suitable for all skin types— including oily skin. Pain level from 1-10 is between 0 and 2.
